“The concept of refuge came to me a few years ago.
Yoga has always been a precious help, needing nothing else but the presence to oneself and one's own breathing.
But we all go through difficult moments, challenges. In these uncomfortable situations, the most important thing is to find a safe place, where you are surrounded by loving and understanding people, who welcome you as you are: perfect with your imperfections.
Today, my wish is to create this place (wherever I go), a community where people in difficulty can come to lay their anguish down, and recharge their batteries. Sharing also... we learn a lot from each other.
The sound immersion through the bowls helps inducing this state of deep relaxation, both physically and energetically.
Dare to be vulnerable. Dare to be honest, authentic, whole."
YOGA
Yoga Refuge is a physical, mental and energetic practice, in which the sequence of postures (vinyasa) combined with breathing allows us to reach a deeper state of consciousness.
This is where the work begins.
Concentration appears, intuition can express itself, and the body relaxes.
This is the refuge, a safe place where the barriers fall.
SOUND BATH
Being part of a sound bath, you will have access to deep relaxation, inducing a connection with your unconscious (too often blurred by modern life).
It's a sonic journey to your inner landscape.
More than just listening to music, the sound bath is a sensory experience where you feel the sound more than you hear it.
